Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Offer applies to new pergola installations signed within the promotional period 16/2/2026 – 22/3/2026

Minimum project value must be met ($15,000 + Electrical package $1200)

Property must be within our service area (ACT & surrounding regions)

Offer is available to residential customers only

2. Electrical package includes:

Installation of up to 6 downlights (not inclusive of dimmers).

One outdoor power point

One on/off switch for lighting

All standard wiring and labour required to complete the above

3. Exclusions

The following items are not included unless quoted separately

Additional lights, power points, fans or feature lighting

Spotlights or designer fittings.

Dimmers, circuit upgrades

Switchboard repairs, meter box upgrades or electrical compliance rectification outside of standard requirements.

Trenching for underground cabling or long-distance cable runs.

Works that require removal of existing structures, rerouting existing wiring, or asbestos handling.

4. Conditions of Installation

Electrical layout is based on standard positioning and at the discretion of the licensed electrician.

Client must ensure clear access to the property and existing electrical infrastructure.

Any non-compliant existing wiring must be rectified at the client's cost to allow safe installation.

5. Variations

Any requested upgrades or extra electrical items will be quoted and billed separately.

Variations must be approved in writing prior to any additional work being undertaken.

6. Non-Transferable

The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or discounts.

Promotion is not transferable to other projects, addresses, or clients.

7. Limited Time Only

The promotion is valid only for 3 months between 16/2/206 and 22/3/2026 Project timeframes may fluctuate based on influx of work.

Beyond Building reserves the right to alter or cancel the promotion at any time.

8. Compliance

All electrical works will be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with ACT regulations and Australian Standards.

All building works will be carried out by a licensed builder in accordance with ACT regulations and Australian Standards.
